Refund and Returns Policy

At Samijeweller.com (Sami Jeweller), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with our Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 5 days after dispatch.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and certificates (if applicable).
• Customized or engraved items are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refund for Defective or Damaged Items

If a customer receives a defective or damaged item, they must return it with:

• The complete weight of the jewelry as originally sent.
• All included stones or diamonds intact.
  3.2. After verification, refunds will be processed within 21 days to the customer’s RAAST payment source.

4. Exchanges

• Size changes are allowed, but additional charges may apply.
• Exchanges are permitted if the item is not defective. A price difference may be charged for the exchange.

5. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Customized or made-to-order products.

7. International Returns

• We accept international returns, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
