3.1. Standard shipping time is 7-10 days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, depending on the jewelry’s value.
3.2. Delivery is limited to Pakistan, excluding villages and small towns not served by Pakistan Post.
3.3. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
4. Product Warranty
4.1. All products come with a lifetime metal purity warranty.
4.2. The warranty does not include repair or replacement services.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
5.1. Customers may cancel or modify their orders before order confirmation.
5.2. Post-confirmation modifications will incur additional charges based on the required services.
6. Returns and Refunds

6.2. No restocking fee will be charged for defect-free returns.

- Sizes (e.g., wrist size for bracelets, ring size, neck size for necklaces).
- Complete shipping address, phone number, and email address.
